Two-Day Profteam Gathering ‘LEADRISE’ Concludes in Kozhikode

Kozhikode: The two-day ‘LEADRISE’ Profteam Gathering, organized as part of the preparations for Profsummit 2026, was held on August 8 and 9 at Hidaya Green Valley Campus, Palazhi, Kozhikode. The gathering brought together members of the Profteam, comprising selected student leaders from professional campuses across the state.

The gathering featured sessions and interactive activities focusing on leadership, teamwork, communication, student engagement, personal development, and the vision of the Profsummit project. Discussions and activities also addressed campus-level challenges, practical problem-solving, career opportunities, the role of professional students in public life, and the effective use of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence for learning and productivity.

Various sessions were led by Abdulla Ahsani Chengani, Hamidali Saqafi, Dr. Muhammed Niyas, Dr. Noorudheen Razi, Muhannad MP, Jabir Kanthapuram, Muhammed Basim Nurani, Abdurahman Erol, and Ashik Ahamad Ahsani. The programme also included team-building activities, group discussions, spiritual sessions, recreational activities, and reflections on experiences from previous Profsummit programmes.

The gathering provided a platform for Profteam members to strengthen their coordination, deepen their understanding of the project’s vision, and develop practical approaches to campus engagement. The programme concluded with a commitment session, encouraging participants to take forward their responsibilities and contribute actively to the preparations and initiatives of Profsummit 2026.
