The venue
GRID//26 takes place at Knowledge City, Kozhikode. Keynote sessions, breakout clinics and accommodation are all on site. The full address and directions will be published soon.
Your stay
One night on campus, 11–12 September. Accommodation on campus is segregated by gender and assigned at check-in. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and refreshments are provided. All of this is included at no cost.

Who can attend
Open to engineering students and recent graduates, from any institution and any branch. Bring a valid student or photo ID for check-in. Capacity is limited by room availability, so register early.
Certificates
Every delegate who completes both days receives a participation certificate.
FAQ
- Is there any fee?
- No. Registration, all sessions, meals and the on-campus stay are covered. You arrange and pay for your own travel to Knowledge City, Kozhikode.
- Do I have to attend both days?
- The residential format is built as one continuous experience, so both days are expected.
- What time should I arrive?
- Registration opens at 7:30 PM on 11 September. Plan to arrive during that window.
- Food and dietary needs?
- Flag any allergies or dietary restrictions when you register and the kitchen will accommodate where possible.
- Can I get a refund or transfer my seat?
- Registration is free, so there is no refund. If you can’t attend, cancel in the app so the seat opens for someone on the waitlist.
